Fixed one side wheelbearing and alignment for 1200 bucks..labor time is 2.5 hours and the part is around 150.. had car for 2days, i picked my car one evening only to drive out and still a growling noise and alignment wasnt correct. Everytime I enter the dealership for service, I'm greated with warm, happy faces. This experience is pretty inviting. They gave my car a 30k mile service which included fuel injection, tire rotation, olf change, air and cabin filters attention. Am happy.

Everything went smoothly and very professional!! Nygel was a great informative salesman as were everyone else we spoke with.
They hounded us to get in for a recall- first time did not have the part and had to reschedule. Next time we asked for an oil change and heard a noise in engine. They charged us over $300 and said there's an oil leak but they changed it anyway- put a new air filter in and then announced the engine is shot and need a new one.
My mechanic took it in and in 10 minutes diagnosed the problem and the engine DOES NOT need replacing.

Erica in the service department was super communicative and kept me informed of all the wait times for services and parts. When my rims needed replacing they had me in and out with the issue resolved, also diagnosing another issue with a rattling rear package tray I had, and dealing with it even with short notice!
They have a great staff, very helpful to the customer as well as each other. Everyone courteous and professional.

Disappointed that after the service call there was still an error light on the dash and I was not informed prior to picking the vehicle up. When I questioned about it was told that they did not put a code reader on it so don’t know what it was. I would have expected that I would have been informed of additional problems and given options for resolution before being told the vehicle was ready for pickup.

Thought their service department was very in-personable, for two days I called and they didn’t answer their phones, so you have to leave your phone number for them to return your call. Finally I sent them a text message because you have that option also and they immediately connected me to a person to return my message via text. I miss the service department of Lebrun Toyota which was bought out by West Herr.

Had my 2015 Toyota Tundra in today for full service. Not pleased. Had to return to the dealership with the tires. Apparently the service department does not train their personnel to rotate tires properly. Conversation ended with "they will have to train their staff on tire rotation.

Staff needs training on how to wear a mask around customers!! A short bald man in the service reception area and a tall salesman with black hair and a large nose each walked by me, wearing their masks UNDER their noses. Not acceptable.
